Evgeny Yuryev


Was born in Leningrad on August 25, 1971.


Graduated from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics in 1997.

From 2010 to 2011 was trained at The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Training program for high-level managerial personnel reserve.

In 2014 has successfully completed Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

From 1991 till present is the President of ATON Capital.

Besides business activities:

In October 2003 was elected as co-chairman of the Russian public organization «Business Russia», and in 2009 became the President of this organization.

In 2006 was elected as chairman of the Public Council of the Central Federal Region.

In 2008-2009 was a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Commission for Social and Demographic Policy.

From September 2010 to May 2012 - Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation.

Married with 6 children.

Andrey Zaikin

Chairman of the Board

Prior to joining ATON in 2007, Andrey had been working at the Central Bank of Russia for 13 years as a Head of trading in the domestic market.

He participated in the development of credit monetary policy and was also involved in controlling the activities of the Currency & Stock Exchange.

Andrey is a graduate of the Financial Academy’s Faculty of Finance and Credit.

Andrey Zvezdochkin

Partner, CEO

Prior to ATON, since 2004 Andrey had been in charge of Private Clients business development at Troika Dialog Management Company and since 2007 had led the same business unit of the whole Troika Dialog group of companies, became a partner of the company. Previously Andrey worked as a Head of retail business at MDM financial group.

Andrey graduated from the Moscow State Technological University and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Dmitry Fedosov

Member of the Board, Managing Director of ATON Capital

Vice President of investment company Arlan from 2007 to 2009, CEO of a mining company in South Africa - joint venture of Arlan, VTB and Rosatom. In 2005-2007 he worked as an Investment Manager at Mint Capital. In 2004 he was an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting in Munich, in 2005 Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Moscow. From 2000 to 2003 he worked in Munich and Moscow as а Business Administration Manager in Siemens AG.

Graduated with distinction from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 2000. MBR degree from Munich Ludwig-Maximilian University (DAAD Scholar) in 2005. MBA from London Business School in 2011.


Kirill Kazakov

Member of the Board

Kirill started his career in 1995 at Sovfintrade Bank, which was a part of the Gazprom Group, where he had been operating on the financial markets for 10 years.

He is a graduate of the Financial Academy’s Faculty of Finance and Credit.

Ruslan Severin

Partner, Member of the Board

Has been operating in the financial market since 2007.

Before joining ATON, he was a project leader at Boston Consulting Group; the Head of financial reporting at Severstal; the Deputy Head of financial Reporting at YUKOS; and a junior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He obtained an MBA from London Business School in 2003, has an ACCA qualification since 2001, and has a Master’s degree in Economics from The Higher School of Economics, Moscow.

Andre Tikhomirov

Member of the Board, Managing Director of ATON Capital

Has working experience in the area of financial services on the CIS and CEE markets since 1986, including experience in PE sector since 1995.

Director at Russia Partners Management, a manager to a number of PE funds covering the CIS region with total AUM close to $1 billion.

Senior banker at EBRD responsible for PE funds operating in the CIS and CEE regions, with AUM of $900 million.

Member of the Administrative Council of the Russian Venture Capital Association from 2001 to 2005.

Graduated with honors from the Moscow Financial Institute in 1986. MBA degree from Harvard Business School in 1995.
