We are looking for a senior sales person to join our Moscow desk and cover European accounts with a focus on Russian second-tier equities.
Editor, Moscow
Responsibilities:
- editing and proof-reading the Research texts (equities and fixed income dailies, insight notes and reports on sectors and companies, strategy reports)
- translation from English into Russian
Requirements:
- at least 2 years experience as an editor
- work experience in news agencies
- structural thinking
- excellent editing skills, competence, erudition
- good organisation, stamina
- fluent English
- advanced MS Office user
Analyst (M&A), Moscow
Job Responsibilities:
- Collecting information and preparing sector-wide and company specific profiles
- Analyzing company’s financial and operating information, preparing valuation analysis including financial modeling and benchmarking, and drafting conclusions and recommendations
- Drafting pitch presentations and other marketing materials
- Support in the execution of M&A transactions, equity, equity-linked and debt financing
- Working with a number of sectors, including FMCG, telecom, utilities, financial services, natural resources
Required qualifications:
- Fluent English language
- Financial/economic academic background at a leading university
- Excellent communication skills
- CFA qualification is preferred, but not required
- Experience in financial modeling and valuation is a must
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
