Maxim joined ATON in 2004 having started his career as a treasury specialist. He is currently responsible for financial and operational issues.

Maxim holds a degree in Social Management from Moscow State University as well as a post-graduate degree from the Stock Market and Management Institute.

Pavel has more than 16 years of equity trading experience in Russia and Kazakhstan. Before joining ATON Pavel worked in managing positions in Renaissance Capital, Visor Capital, Amun Capital Advisors, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Gronbjerg is graduated from University of Copenhagen, Institute of Economics with MA in Economics.

Victoria managed Citibank’s Moscow retail network, where she received the ‘Best Citibank Branch Network Manager in Russia’ award, before moving to ATON to head the retail business.

She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy, Moscow International Business School.

Galina headed up several HR departments before joining ATON: Credit Suisse Moscow, Republic National Bank of New York, and HSBC Bank.

She is a graduate of the Teachers Training Institute’s Faculty of Foreign Languages, Moscow State University; and the Higher School of Economics’ Faculty of Finance and Credit.

Prior to ATON since 2004 Andrey had been in charge of private clients business development in Troika Dialog management company and since 2007 had led the same business unit of the whole Troika Dialog group of companies. Previously Andrey worked as retail business head in MDM financial group.

Andrey graduated from the Russian State Technological University and the Financial Academy under the Government of RF.
